Craig Wright
Craig Wright is an Australian computer scientist who claims to be the inventor of Bitcoin. He has been involved in the cryptocurrency community since its inception and has been a vocal advocate for the use of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Wright first came to public attention in November 2008, when he published a paper titled "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System" on a mailing list for cryptography experts. In this paper, Wright proposed a system for a new form of electronic cash that would be based on a decentralized network of computers, rather than a central authority. Wright's claims to be the inventor of Bitcoin have been disputed by many members of the cryptocurrency community, including the core development team. However, Wright has provided some evidence to support his claim, and he continues to be an active and vocal member of the Bitcoin community. |
