Decentralized Currency

Decentralized currencies are a type of wealth or commodity transfer method that does not require the interference of banks. This type of currency is often created by individuals and businesses, rather than by governments, and is not subject to the same regulations as traditional fiat currencies. Decentralized currencies can be used to purchase goods and services, or can be traded on exchanges for other currencies. Bitcoin, the first and most well-known decentralized currency, was created in 2009.
