E-Signature

E-signatures are typically used for business contracts, such as employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and sales contracts. They can also be used for personal documents, such as loan applications, rental agreements, and wills. In some cases, e-signatures may be required for certain types of legal documents, such as court filings. There are a number of advantages to using e-signatures. E-signatures are also more secure than handwritten signatures, as they cannot be forged or tampered with.
