| What is a gas limit? A gas limit is the maximum amount of cryptocurrency that a trader is willing to spend on transaction fees. When a trader makes a transaction, they must specify a gas limit. This is the maximum amount of cryptocurrency they are willing to spend on fees. If the transaction goes over the gas limit, the trader will have to pay more. |
