Hard Fork Combinator

Hard Fork Combinator is a tool used to combine protocols on the Cardano blockchain if a hard fork has occurred. A hard fork is a change to the protocol of a blockchain that is not backwards-compatible with the previous version of the protocol. This means that all nodes and users must upgrade to the new version of the protocol in order to remain compatible with the network. If one group of users does not upgrade, then a hard fork will occur, and the two groups will be unable to transact with each other. The Hard Fork Combinator tool is used to combine the two protocols so that both groups can continue to transact with each other.
