Input-Output Hong Kong (Iohk)

Input-Output Hong Kong (IOHK) is a company that develops platforms based on blockchain technology. IOHK was founded in 2015 by Charles Hoskinson and Jeremy Wood, and is headquartered in Hong Kong. IOHK has a team of over 150 employees, and has offices in the US, UK, Japan, and Bulgaria.

IOHK's mission is to build cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies that can be used by everyone, regardless of their economic status. IOHK is committed to creating an inclusive, global financial system that is accessible to all.

IOHK's products include the Cardano platform, which is a third-generation blockchain platform that is scalable, flexible, and secure. Cardano is designed to be used by businesses and governments. IOHK is also working on the development of a new smart contract language, Plutus, which will make it easier for developers to create contracts that are secure and reliable.

In addition to its work on Cardano and Plutus, IOHK is also involved in research and development of new technologies, including quantum-resistant cryptography and sidechains. IOHK is constantly innovating and expanding its capabilities, in order to create a more accessible and secure financial system for everyone.
