Insurance Fund

An insurance fund is an exchange fund that covers unexpected leveraged trading losses and protects traders from bankruptcy. The insurance fund is there to protect the traders from any unforeseen losses that may occur during their trading activities. This type of fund is usually set up by the exchange in order to protect the interests of the traders and to ensure that the exchange remains solvent.
