Layer 0

Layer 0 refers to the network infrastructure that runs underlying the blockchain. This infrastructure is responsible for providing the basic services required by the blockchain, such as maintaining a record of all transactions and ensuring that all nodes in the network are able to communicate with each other.

Layer 0 is often referred to as the "foundation layer" of the blockchain, as it is responsible for ensuring that the blockchain is able to function correctly. Without Layer 0, the blockchain would not be able to function properly and would be unable to provide the services that it is designed to provide.

Layer 0 is an essential part of the blockchain, and without it, the blockchain would not be able to function properly.
