Micro Cap

Micro Cap stocks are defined as small companies with a market capitalization of $50 million to $300 million. These stocks are usually traded on the OTCBB or Pink Sheets.

Micro Cap stocks are generally considered to be more volatile and risky than large cap stocks, but they also offer the potential for a higher return on investment. Many investors believe that micro cap stocks are undervalued by the market and offer a good opportunity to buy low and sell high.

However, micro cap stocks can be very difficult to research and understand. They are often not well covered by analysts, and their financial statements can be complicated. In addition, these stocks can be subject to manipulation by insiders and other investors.

If you are considering investing in micro cap stocks, it is important to do your homework and understand the risks involved. You should also consult with a financial advisor to make sure that these stocks fit with your overall investment strategy.
