Time-Weighted Automated Market Maker (Twamm)
Time-Weighted Automated Market Maker (TWAMM) is a type of market maker that is commonly used on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). TWAMM aims to make it easier for traders to execute large orders with minimum slippage and low gas expenses without lowering the price. TWAMM does this by allocating a larger proportion of an order to the times when the market is less active, and a smaller proportion to the times when the market is more active.
TWAMM is designed to reduce the amount of time an order spends on the order book, and to minimize the amount of slippage that can occur when an order is executed and reduce the amount of gas that is required to execute an order.
