Timelock

A timelock is a type of smart contract functionality that allows for the execution of transactions at a predetermined time or in a specific block. This can be useful in a number of scenarios, such as ensuring that a transaction is not executed until a certain date or time, or ensuring that a transaction is only executed if a certain number of blocks have been mined. Timelocks can also be used to create "atomic swaps" - where two parties can exchange tokens without the need for a third party.
