Trust

A trust is a three-party arrangement where a trustor authorizes a trustee to hold specific assets for the benefit of the beneficiary. The trustor is the person who creates the trust and who transfers ownership of the trust property to the trustee. The trustee is the person who holds and manages the trust property. The beneficiary is the person who benefits from the trust property.
