Weak Hands
Weak hands is a term that is usually used to describe a trader or investor who is compelled by fear to swiftly quit positions in response to nearly any negative news about the market. This type of trader is often considered to be inexperienced and is not well-versed in the ways of the market. Many times, weak hands will enter into a position without doing any type of research or analysis and will then get out at the first sign of trouble. This can often lead to large losses, as the market may not always move in the direction that the weak hands expect it to. |
