X86 Virtual Machine (Qtum)

The x86 Virtual Machine is a machine created by Qtum for executing smart contracts in various programming languages. The machine is designed to be compatible with a variety of programming languages, including C++, Java, and Python. The machine is also designed to be able to run on a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS. The machine is intended to be used by developers of smart contracts, who can use it to test and debug their contracts before deploying them on the Qtum blockchain.
