| Year to date (YTD) is a metric that analyzes an asset’s performance over the course of a calendar year, from January 1 to today. This metric is used to evaluate how an asset has performed since the beginning of the year and can be used to compare the performance of different assets. YTD can also be used to measure the performance of a portfolio or investment strategy. |
