Overview

Pegasus Protocol builds web interfaces for blockchain discovery, analytics, and wallet-connected workflows. This Policy applies to Pegasus websites, Explorer pages, token pages, account flows, and related services that link to it.

Public blockchains are transparent by design. When you connect a wallet or submit transactions, wallet addresses and on-chain activity may be publicly visible independent of Pegasus.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use the service, Pegasus may collect the following categories of information:

  • Wallet and blockchain data, such as public wallet addresses, connected chain IDs, token balances, transaction hashes, approvals, and on-chain activity visible from public networks.
  • Account or contact data, such as email address, username, profile settings, support messages, or business contact information if you choose to provide it.
  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, timestamps, and approximate location inferred from network data.
  • Security and diagnostics data, such as logs, error reports, abuse signals, rate-limit events, and fraud-prevention indicators.
  • Cookie and local-storage data used for preferences, session continuity, analytics, and interface functionality.

Sources of Information

We may receive information directly from you, from your browser or device, from connected wallets, from public blockchains, from analytics and infrastructure providers, and from third-party data vendors or integrations.

Some information is created automatically when you browse pages, perform searches, connect a wallet, open token pages, view charts, or interact with wallet-connected features.

How We Use Information

Pegasus may use information for the following purposes:

  • Operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the service and user interface.
  • Display wallet-related information, market data, token pages, charts, lists, alerts, and user preferences.
  • Secure the service, detect abuse, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, enforce terms, and protect users.
  • Provide customer support, respond to requests, and communicate about service changes.
  • Measure performance, diagnose errors, understand usage patterns, and improve product reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations, sanctions rules, regulatory requests, court orders, and accounting or audit requirements.

How Information May Be Shared

Pegasus may share information with service providers that help us operate infrastructure, analytics, security, hosting, support, communications, compliance, and business operations. These providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, during corporate transactions, with your direction or consent, or where information is already public on blockchains or through your own interactions.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Pegasus may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to remember settings, maintain sessions, measure traffic, understand product usage, and improve security.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but some service features may not work correctly without local storage or similar browser functionality.

Retention

Pegasus keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation, security, support, analytics, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

Public blockchain data may remain available indefinitely because it is maintained by decentralized networks and third-party indexers outside Pegasus control.

International Transfers

Pegasus and its service providers may process information in different countries. Where required, Pegasus uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and handles information according to applicable privacy laws.

Security

Pegasus uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet, wallet, smart contract, or blockchain system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting private keys, seed phrases, devices, wallet permissions, and transaction approvals. Pegasus will never ask for your seed phrase.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a privacy authority.

Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security requirements, account integrity, or the public and immutable nature of blockchain records.

Children

The service is not intended for children. Pegasus does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required by applicable law.

Changes and Contact

Pegasus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the official Pegasus Protocol support or business contact channels published on the website. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials.
