Terms of Service
These Terms describe how you may access Pegasus Protocol web interfaces, Explorer pages, market data, wallet-connected features, and related tools.
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Pegasus Protocol websites, Explorer pages, charts, token pages, wallet-connected features, APIs, widgets, or other interfaces, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
What Pegasus Provides
Pegasus Protocol provides blockchain data discovery, market analytics, token and pool pages, portfolio-style views, swap routing interfaces, alerts, and related informational tools.
The service is a software and information interface. Pegasus does not custody assets, operate every underlying protocol shown in the interface, broker trades, or provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other regulated advice.
Market Data and No Advice
Prices, volumes, liquidity, token metadata, risk labels, charts, and trending lists may be sourced from blockchains, indexers, third-party providers, community submissions, or automated calculations. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or manipulated.
Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, bridge, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise interact with any asset or protocol. You are solely responsible for evaluating all risks before taking action.
Wallets, Transactions, and Blockchain Finality
When you connect a wallet, Pegasus may display information associated with public wallet addresses and may help you prepare transaction requests through third-party wallets, bridges, exchanges, or smart contracts.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Pegasus cannot reverse, cancel, refund, recover, or guarantee execution of transactions submitted through wallets, protocols, RPC providers, aggregators, bridges, or other third-party systems.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the service only in a lawful, responsible, and non-abusive manner.
- Do not use the service if you are prohibited by sanctions, export controls, local law, or other legal restrictions.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, geoblocking, wallet checks, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unlawful content, metadata, or token information.
- Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, phishing, malware, or other harmful activity.
Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets and decentralized protocols involve significant risks, including price volatility, illiquidity, smart contract failure, oracle failure, bridge failure, governance attacks, front-running, MEV, rug pulls, phishing, key loss, regulatory changes, and total loss of value.
You should not rely on Pegasus as your only source of information. Always verify token contracts, pool addresses, permissions, transaction details, and protocol documentation before interacting with any asset or service.
Third-Party Services and Links
The service may link to or integrate with wallets, RPC providers, analytics providers, swap aggregators, bridges, decentralized exchanges, block explorers, token projects, and other third-party services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Pegasus is not responsible for their availability, security, content, fees, execution quality, data accuracy, or losses caused by your use of them.
Intellectual Property and License
Pegasus and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, data compilations, documentation, and related materials.
Subject to these Terms, Pegasus grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
Changes, Suspension, and Availability
Pegasus may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including supported chains, data providers, pages, features, or access methods.
The service may be unavailable or degraded due to maintenance, network congestion, infrastructure failure, third-party outages, security events, or other causes. Pegasus does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegasus and its contributors, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, lost assets, or protocol losses arising from or related to your use of the service.
Updates to these Terms
Pegasus may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the service.
